Return Policy
Customers may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. A refund for the amount of the product (less a re-stocking fee of 10% for home accessories and 15% for area rugs) will be processed within 3 to 5 business days after the product has been inspected at our warehouse and verified to be in good condition.
Home Décor Center reserves the right to refuse any item that is damaged. Shipping costs for all returns shall be shouldered by the customer. We strongly advise that returned packages be insured with your preferred shipping company to cover any possible damages during transportation.
Customers who wish to return an item must first secure a return authorization number from our customer service department. We shall then reply via email to confirm the address to which the product can be returned. Our receiving department will refuse all returned items not marked with a valid authorization number.
Returns for custom-made products are not accepted. However, exceptions apply to items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped.
Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed for items that have already been shipped. Refusals will result to a 25% penalty fee. However, exceptions apply to items that are damaged, defective, or mis-shipped. Clicking the checkout button is tantamount to agreeing with all the policies stated above.
