Shipping Information

Home Décor Center offers free shipping for all items worth over $75 to any location within mainland USA.  Products are generally shipped free of charge via UPS or Fedex Ground. However, additional charges will apply for the following

• expedited shipping such as overnight or 3 day delivery
• handling for oversized items which require freight delivery.  Please contact any of our friendly sales representatives for details
• deliveries to states outside of mainland USA such as Hawaii and Alaska

  *appropriate freight surcharges will be applied to oversized products and deliveries outside of mainland USA.

When receiving packages (especially freight deliveries), we advise all customers to inspect their merchandise prior to signing or acknowledging any delivery.  Home Décor Center will not process any damage claims for products that were confirmed to have been received in good condition. Customers are given 7 days to request returns or exchanges for items that have been damaged during shipment.

We do not deliver to PO Box number or APO addresses.  Please indicate an alternate shipping address. 

Normal turnaround time is approximately 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
